Refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sabaland Gold Honey. Since our products fall under food and wellness categories, returns are accepted only in limited situations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product, or

The product arrived damaged or defective.
Conditions for approval:

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Product must remain unused and in original packaging

A complete unboxing video is mandatory showing the issue clearly from opening of package

Product must not be tampered with or consumed
Requests made after 3 days or without an unboxing video cannot be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used honey or oil products
-
Products consumed partially or fully
-
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Orders returned without original packaging

Returns requested without valid reason
Since these are food and wellness items, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if:

Wrong product was delivered, or
-
Product arrived damaged or defective.
Conditions:

Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Exchange is subject to stock availability

Only one exchange request per order is allowed

Unboxing video is mandatory
5. Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 8–15 business days after approval

For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer or UPI

Refund is issued only after product inspection approval
Refunds will not be issued if:

Product shows signs of use

Packaging is missing or damaged

Issue claimed is not verified
-
Mandatory video proof is not provided
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
To cancel, contact support immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Repeated cancellations may lead to future order restrictions.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact support within 24 hours of delivery

Provide unboxing video showing the issue

Replacement or refund will be provided after verification
Requests without video evidence cannot be approved.
